Norbury Rogers AO is a well-known and respected Queensland chartered accountant and company director. He was Queensland Managing Partner of Ernst & Young for 11 years. Mr Rogers is on the Senate of the University of Queensland, and is Chairman of Uniquest Limited, the University's technology commercialization company, Golden Casket lottery Corporation Limited, the Australian Institute of Marine Science, and was a Director of CSIRO for a five year term. |

William Stubbs is a lawyer and has extensive experience as a company director, particularly in start-up companies in mineral exploration, technical and bio-technology areas. His past directorships include Agen Limited, Alchemia Pty Ltd, Mincom Limited and Bligh Coal Limited. He is currently the Chairman of Stradbroke Ferries Limited, a director of Bio-Start Pty Ltd and TeqStart (an initiative of the Qld Government in conjunction with Start Up Australia), Pacific Porphyry Pty Ltd and Implicit Bioscience Ltd. |

senior level. Prior to that he had many
years experience in industry as a line director

companies. This experience provides

long-term career in investment banking, commencing
as a money market dealer and moving into the
corporate finance sector, providing advice to a
wide range of companies. After 10 years as
director of international investment banks, he
established a corporate advisory company,
