The Business Equity Fund commenced in June 2000, with capital of $40 million, on a ten year term. 

The Business Equity Fund focused mainly on later stage investments, with only 20% of the fund's capital assigned to early stage situations and no exposure to "start-up" situations.

The fund does not invest in agriculture, mining or property development, although investments may be made in companies servicing these industries.

The Business Equity Fund is now fully invested.
